Revolving restaurants in Sydney Tower

Two restaurants revolve inside the turret of Sydney Tower, just below the observation deck: SkyFeast, an all-you-can-eat buffet, and Infinity by Mark Best, a fine-dining room. Bar 83, a cocktail bar on the top dining level, is the one venue that does not turn.

The restaurants are run apart from Sydney Tower Eye. A booking does not include the observation deck, which needs its own ticket.

SkyFeast buffet at Sydney Tower

SkyFeast is the buffet: fresh seafood, carved roasts, salads, hot dishes and desserts, with floor-to-ceiling windows as the room turns. Every package gives 90 minutes at the table; only the window-seat packages guarantee a table by the glass, along with a welcome drink.

Dinner runs from 17:00 to 21:00. Children up to 3 eat free from their party's plates, and groups of 8 or more pay a small surcharge. Arrive at least 10 minutes early: a late table is cancelled without a refund.

Bookings can be cancelled free up to 24 hours ahead. SkyFeast does not take these bookings on public holidays.

Infinity by Mark Best

Infinity, on level 81, is the fine-dining room of chef Mark Best, cooking only with Australian produce. The lunch package is a 3-course à la carte menu with bread, cultured butter and a side; drinks are paid at the table. One turn of the room takes about 80 minutes and you have the table for 2 hours, so you see the full circle.

Every table has a view, so there is no window seat to request. The booking is redeemed by someone aged 18 or over with ID, and arriving 15 minutes late cancels it.

Dress code: smart casual. No beach thongs, UGG boots, Crocs, gym wear, swimwear or singlets.

Extra charges: 10% on Sundays, 15% on public holidays and 1.5% on card payments.

How to reach the restaurants

The restaurants have their own lifts, separate from the observation deck. Enter Westfield Sydney at the corner of Market and Castlereagh Streets, take the escalator to Level 4 and look for the restaurant lift lobby on the left.

Does the Sydney Tower restaurant revolve?

Yes. SkyFeast and Infinity both turn slowly, so every table passes the whole city during a meal; Bar 83 stays still.

Can I visit the observation deck after dinner?

Only with a separate ticket. Last entry is an hour before the deck closes, so going up before an evening meal is the safer order. Deck tickets

Is Infinity wheelchair accessible?

Yes, for tables of up to 4. The bar area is reached by 5 small steps.

SkyFeast or Infinity: which should I book?

SkyFeast suits families and big appetites: a wide buffet for 90 minutes at the lower price. Infinity is a chef's 3-course meal over 2 hours, long enough for a full turn of the room.
